We understand that great design may not feel worthwhile if it was painful to achieve. That’s why we’re committed to making sure your client experience is professional on all fronts. Whether we’re scheduling complex photo shoots on location, or simply making sure your invoice is prompt and accurate, we’ve made the business side of our business equally important to our excellence in design. Each of our staff is on the front lines with a focus on delivering friendly, efficient client service. A dedicated Account Coordinator, helpful front office staff and our business office all help to underpin a smooth working relationship with each and every H&W client.

While it isn’t sexy stuff, it’s worthwhile to note that H&W is excellent on the business front.  They create the workback schedules and produce the photo shoots, as well as invoice on time and in a clear way—they really don’t need to be managed.  This makes our jobs so much easier, and gives us more time to devote to the creative product.
