An annual report that highlights the university’s research and innovation priorities.
As the world faced significant challenges from the ongoing pandemic, University of Toronto Scarborough continued to thrive as an institution and in all the research and creative endeavours it undertook. To reflect this perseverance, the Office of the Vice-Principal Research & Innovation (OVPRI) Annual Report focused on the balance of its faculty’s impressive accomplishments. That balance is reflected in the theme of “Action•Impact.” We used bold, playful typography to visualize the pivot point in the title and built that as a running theme through the report. With the wide landscape format and warm editorial illustrations, we were able to highlight in the design the paths U of T Scarborough has begun to forge.
